BC Networks is celebrating 13 years of digital skills empowerment, with a strategic target to reach 4 million youth by 2030. This award recognizes and celebrates individuals who have made significant contributions to our growth and have played a vital role in advancing our mission of empowering young people professionally

The digital economy is rapidly reshaping the global employment landscape across industries such as finance, healthcare, tourism, entertainment, transportation, manufacturing, and Information and Communication Technology (ICT). While young people are central to both the present and future workforce, a significant gap remains—many lack the job-ready digital skills required to thrive in this evolving environment. As a result, numerous opportunities remain unfilled.

The Digital Skills 4 Youth (DS4Y) journey began in 2013, when the company formally registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (CAC) as BC Networks Computers & Consulting, a name derived from Best Career Networks. That same year, we launched the Digital Skills 4 Youth Campaign, with a clear vision: to bridge the digital skills gap and empower 4 million young people by the year 2030.

Thirteen years later, that vision is becoming a reality.

To date, we have successfully trained and empowered over 2 million young people, including youth, adults, and children, equipping them with practical digital skills for career growth, entrepreneurship, and global relevance.

Our programs have extended beyond Nigeria, reaching young and adults in Malaysia, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom, to reinforce our commitment to global impact.

BC Networks Innovation Hub continues to collaborate with reputable international organizations, including:

  • Borderless Tek (UK). A UK Based Tech firm committed to empowering young learners with coding skills.

  • All Marchants (Canada). A Global supply chain management firm that offers IT and training solutions and services across African markets.

  • National Directorate of Employment: a Federal Government agency focused on tackling unemployment in Nigeria through skills acquisition, vocational training, entrepreneurship development, and job creation initiatives.

  • Digital Kwara: a state-led digital transformation initiative aimed at building a digitally skilled citizens and workforce within Kwara State.

These partnerships have strengthened our capacity to deliver world-class training and expand opportunities for our participants.

As we mark over a decade of impact, we proudly celebrate the individuals, organizations, and partners whose unwavering support and contributions have propelled our mission and positively influenced the career progression of countless young people. This milestone celebration will also feature the commissioning of our ultra-modern Capacity Development Centre – MUNA Hall, a symbol of our continued investment in innovation and learning.

Be part of this remarkable journey as we celebrate our achievements, honor our supporters, and showcase the success stories of our alumni.
