BC Networks Celebrate Senator Saliu Mustapha. To Honor him with "Digital Skills for Youth (DS4Y) Champion Award"

As part of our 13th Anniversary celebration, BC Networks is proud to honor Senator Saliu Mustapha with the BC Networks "Digital Skills 4 Youth Champion Award" This award recognizes and celebrates individuals whose outstanding contributions have driven our growth and played a vital role in advancing our mission of empowering young people for professional success.


In recognition of his exceptional contributions to youth and human capital development in Nigeria, Senator Saliu Mustapha will be honored with the BC Networks "Digital Skills 4 Youth Champion Award" for his unwavering support for youth development and his strong commitment to advancing digital inclusion coming June 6, 2026 at the 13 years anniversary of the company and commissioning of its ultra modern Digital Skills Innovation Hub


Senator Saliu Mustapha is a distinguished Nigerian politician, philanthropist, and the current Senator representing Kwara Central Senatorial District. He is also the Turaki of Ilorin, a prestigious traditional title conferred by His Royal Highness, the Emir of Ilorin, in recognition of his exceptional service and impact.


Beyond politics, Senator Mustapha stands at the forefront of humanitarian and community development efforts. As the Founder of the Saliu Mustapha Foundation, he has empowered millions of young Nigerians through educational support, skill acquisition programs, and business funding opportunities.


Our team at BC Networks has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Senator Mustapha, dating back to 2014. Notably, his early support laid a strong foundation for our Digital Skills for Youth (DS4Y) programme, which has since grown to impact millions of young people.


Senator Mustapha is widely recognized for his impactful interventions in youth empowerment and human capital development. Through his initiatives, he has supported young entrepreneurs, improved access to healthcare for underserved communities, provided assistance to youth and widows, and contributed significantly to the growth of many start up businesses in Nigeria.


Born in Ilorin, Kwara State, Senator Mustapha received his early education in Wusasa, Zaria, and Kaduna, before proceeding to study Mineral Resources Engineering at Kaduna Polytechnic. With over two decades of active involvement in Nigerian politics, he has held key positions in political parties such as the Progressive Action Congress (PAC) and the All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP), and played a notable role in the formation of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2013.


As a serving Senator, Senator Saliu Mustapha has constantly provide effective leadership, and contributing to national development through his roles in various Senate committees.
